DOMESTIC SHIPPING

 

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Client Care will contact you if any issue may arise. 

​All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with signature upon delivery required.

This service can take 3-5 (but sometimes up to 10) business days to arrive.

This service is uninsured - feel free to reach out if you'd like to include insurance with your order.

​Upgraded shipping methods available at check-out:

- USPS Priority (will arrive in 2-3 business days)

- USPS Express (will arrive in 1-2 business days)

FedEx and UPS are available upon request – please email care@judithpoe.com to arrange details.

Judith Poe Jewelry is not responsible for any orders once it is in the hands of the shipping courier, which includes any lost, stolen or misplaced packages during transit or upon delivery.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

All international orders will be shipped via USPS International Priority or FedEx with insurance and require signature upon delivery to prevent any loss or damage in transit.

Orders may be subject to additional charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by the receiving country. The buyer assumes all responsibility for any fees to be paid for at the time of delivery.

All clients and wholesalers registered on the website shall be solely liable to ensure that they can import any product line to their shipping destination without violating any laws, conditions, restrictions or guidelines that may be applicable for importing products to such any region or country.

All international clients shall be solely liable for paying customs duties and taxes that may be applicable to their order.

​

Customer assumes responsibility for shipment at the time the order leaves the shipping point. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Judith Poe Jewelry shall not be liable for any confiscated packages due to unpaid customs, failure to provide necessary documents or any violation of import restrictions or guidelines that may be applicable to your order.

CARE & CLEANING

 

All jewelry is handcrafted from natural, organic materials which can and may tarnish over time if exposed to chemicals or not stored properly.

 

When possible, please clean jewelry after use with a soft dry fabric cloth to remove dust and body oils.

 

If you find your jewelry has tarnished, you can easily bring it back a beautiful shine with a jewelry polishing cloth.


CUSTOM DESIGNS

Custom pieces are our specialty!

 

Anything your heart desires - describe it, draw it, send us photo references - and we will make your dream come true. Contact us anytime with custom order requests or ideas!

​

 

A $150 design deposit is required to initiate collaboration on any custom design project. It is a non-refundable deposit; however, we're happy to apply the deposit towards the final cost of the custom piece!

 

 

The deposit includes creative conversations and collaborations about the look and feel of the design, including any special metal requirements or gemstone sourcing.

​

  • Handling time is 3-4 weeks, production starts once payment is received in full

    • 100% down on gemstones specially sourced for the custom piece (if applicable)

  • Rush fees may apply depending on timeline

 

Once completed, the Judith Poe Design Team will notify you when the jewelry is completed and ready for shipment.

 

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, which include insurance, tracking and signature upon delivery required.

 

Judith Poe Design is not responsible for any lost or stolen domestic or international packages once the tracking number for the order is marked 'Pre-transit' or 'In transit''

HEIRLOOM JEWLERY

 

Yes, we love re-imagining heirloom pieces! We will need a copy of the appraisal or receipt to confirm the value of your piece for insurance purposes. If the appraisal or receipt is not available, Judith Poe Jewelry will insure the item up to $100 unless otherwise stated. Please note that we cannot melt down existing jewelry and use the metal to incorporate into a new piece.

REPAIRS

 

We offer a 30 day complimentary repair policy to our clients, wholesale retailers and their clients. Every piece of jewelry is thoroughly inspected for quality and assurance before shipment.

After the complimentary 30 day repair window has passed, we will gladly repair any Judith Poe Jewelry piece(s), due to normal wear and tear, at a discounted rate.

 

We reserve the right to decide what constitutes normal wear and tear. Unfortunately, we do not repair any other jewelry designer’s work.

​

Should repairs be needed, it is the customer’s responsibility to securely ship and insure the piece(s).

 

Products purchased through Judith Poe Jewelry website:

For all repair inquiries, please email care@judithpoe.com with the following information:

​

  • Your Name or Purchaser Name

  • Order Number or Invoice Number

  • Date of Invoice

  • Nature of Repair: description of the repair required - please include photos for reference

  • Original Packing List or Invoice, so a repair RMA can be processed


Repairs can take up to 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return the successfully repaired item as soon as it is ready for shipment. We will notify you via email with a tracking number as soon as it ships.

 

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Repairs may be subject to materials and labor costs, which we kindly request payment upfront prior to starting the repair work.

 

If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with shipping instructions.

 

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
