Return and Refund Policy

We love putting our clients first -nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy clients, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver a beautifully handcrafted products and an enjoyable shopping experience, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you may want to know:

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Judith Poe Jewelry, 580 California St. 12th Fl San Francisco, CA 94104.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) means a request by You to return Goods from an Order placed by You on the Website to Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Judith Poe Jewelry, accessible from

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Return Rights

We require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any Goods.

Please open and inspect all Goods as soon as received to rule out any transportation or delivery related damage.

The deadline for returning an Order is 7 calendar days from the date on which You received the Goods or which a third party You have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the Goods delivered.

You have 5 calendar days to contact Judith Poe Jewelry to request an RMA from the date of receipt of Your original Order. In order to be eligible for a return, You must contact us within the number of days specified by:


The following information must be included in the RMA request in order to be eligible for a return:

  • Your Name or Purchaser Name

  • Order Number or Invoice Number

  • Date of Invoice

  • Nature of Problem

  • Original Packing List or Invoice, so an RMA can be processed


All Return Merchandise Authorizations are valid for 7 days from issuance.


Conditions of Return

Placement of an Order is a binding agreement considered final and may not be changed or cancelled.

We are not responsible for any orders once it is in the hands of the shipping courier, which includes any lost, stolen or misplaced packages during transit or upon delivery.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen domestic or international packages once the tracking number for the order is marked 'Pre-transit' or 'In transit''

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days

  • The Goods are in the original packaging

  • The Goods were not used or damaged

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase


The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized, which includes but is not limited to:

  • All Goods listed on the Customize Your Own section of the Website

  • All rings - each one is handmade-to-order to Your specifications

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (i.e. earrings) and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

  • The supply of Goods from a wholesale Order is nonrefundable and final sale.


Defective Goods:

  • Custom designed, modified, or specialized Goods are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective

  • All defective Goods must be returned to Us within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of Your original Order

  • Defective Goods will be replaced or repaired at Judith Poe Jewelry discretion.


We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Goods that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.


We reserve the right to cancel any Order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel any promotions due to system errors or unforeseen problems.


Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

If the return is approved, a shipping label will be provided for You to return the Goods. The cost of shipping will be deducted from Your total refund amount.

The RMA assigned number must appear on the packing label of the Goods returned.

A copy of the RMA must be included in the returned package.


Any forced returned supply of Goods, without prior RMA, will be subject to a mandatory 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from Your total refund amount with any remaining amount redeemable as credit towards a future Order on our Website.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods.

We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement, besides the deduction of the cost of return shipping.

Returnable Goods -that meet all of the above return conditions- incur a 20% restocking charge. Credits or refunds will be issued after We receive and thoroughly inspect the returned Goods for damage, defects, or inconsistencies mentioned in the RMA, which can take up to 10 business days.

Judith Poe Jewelry is unable to accept returns or cancellations on custom Orders or Goods that are already in production.

The shipping label We provide for the returned Goods will be insured with a trackable mail service. Regardless, we cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Goods purchased through a Judith Poe Jewelry retailer or stockist must be returned or exchanged to the original retailer and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy.


If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged.


If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to You. 

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will issue credit to the gift giver.
