All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with signature upon delivery required. This service can take 3-5 (but sometimes up to 10) business days to arrive. This service is uninsured - feel free to reach out if you'd like to include insurance with your order.


Upgraded shipping methods available:

  • USPS Priority (will arrive in 2-3 business days)

  • USPS Express (will arrive in 1-2 business days)


FedEx and UPS are available upon request – please email to arrange

Printed invoices will not be included with shipped packages in efforts to reduce waste.

Judith Poe Jewelry is not responsible for any orders once it is in the hands of the shipping courier, which includes any lost, stolen or misplaced packages during transit or upon delivery.

Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12PM PST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within the allotted production time listed in the product details.

Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

For our international customers, USPS has announced they have begun suspending shipments to certain countries and are experiencing delays. We strongly suggest international orders be placed with DHL Express or UPS Expedited.

All orders will require a signature upon delivery.

  • All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International

  • Orders may be subject to additional charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by the receiving country. The buyer assumes all responsibility for any fees to be paid for at the time of delivery.


Printed invoices will not be sent with shipped packages in efforts to reduce waste. I cannot guarantee delivery dates unless a USPS Priority Mail Express is purchased, which is the only method of shipping with a guaranteed delivery date. FedEx and UPS are also great options!

All items arrive beautifully gift wrapped, so there is no need to make a special request. However, if you'd like items individually wrapped (as opposed to multiple items in one gift box), please specify by sending us an email at

In the rare occasion, you are unsatisfied with your purchase; please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date.

Due to the nature of these items, the following are final sale and are not eligible for a return, exchange, or full refund:

  • Custom or personalized orders, including all rings which are handmade to order

  • Earrings – for hygienic reasons

  • Items on sale


All merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, with original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for the return and may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

We will apply the refund to the original form of payment within 5 - 7 business days of receiving the return order. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your account when the refund is applied. Your bank may require additional days to process and post the refund transaction to your account.

  • Products purchased through other Judith Poe Jewelry retailers must be returned or exchanged to the original retailer and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy.


  • If you have received JP jewelry as a gift, you may exchange it within 7 days of receipt for store credit. The piece must be unworn, in the original packaging, and show no signs of wear.


  • If you wish to return a piece of JP jewelry you received as a gift, the person who paid for the piece must be present in order to receive a refund. The piece must remain unworn and in the original packaging and show no signs of wear. 

  • Custom pieces and wholesale orders are excluded from this return policy. All custom pieces or wholesale orders are non-refundable and FINAL sale. Please, no exceptions.

  • Of course, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so please reach out with any questions or concerns.

  • All international orders are final sale.


While we do our very best to ensure great quality, we are all human and occasionally there may be an error on our part. In this rare occurrence, Judith Poe Jewelry will take full responsibility on replacing the order. Please contact us immediately if there is any problem with your purchase with order number ready.


An agreement for Judith Poe ("Seller") to sell goods to you ("Purchaser") is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Seller's charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.

Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.


By purchasing goods from Judith Poe Jewelry you are entering into a legally binding agreement with our company on the following terms.  Please read and understand these terms as they affect your rights and liabilities. Please unpack and inspect your order immediately. Any and all claims must be reported within 5 business days


Judith Poe Jewelry is 100% guaranteed for craftsmanship for 30 days upon receiving your order.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an item for normal wear over longer periods of time, so please contact us within 30 days of your order if you need a repair due to craftsmanship.

If you order a piece of jewelry and find that you don't like how it looks, or are allergic to the metal - this does not qualify for warranty, as this is not due to craftsmanship.

Judith Poe Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after delivery has been accepted.
