Cancellation Policy

You can reschedule calls at least 48 hours before the session. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 48 hours of the session, we do charge a 20% fee to compensate the expert for the last minute change. All cancellations or reschedules must be requested via email and confirmed by our team prior to confirmation.
